EC Underground bringen in den nächsten Tagen ein digitales Album des in London lebenden italienischstämmigen Producers und Komponisten Rodrigo Passannanti, auch bekannt unter dem Projektnamen Hypercube, unter dem Titel “Omnipresence” heraus. Es enthält acht virtuos gestaltete elektronische Tracks auf einer oft ambienten Basis, die eine beachtliche strukturelle Bandbreite offenbaren, die von verspielt-komplexen Texturen bis zu kraftvollen, EBM-eingefärbten Stücken wie das in Kollaboration mit Vokalist Jeremy Jones (Pepper’s Ghost) enbtstandene “Elemental” reicht – einer von zwei Songs, die bereits im Stream zu hören sind.

“Rodrigo Passannanti is an Italian-born electronic musician based in London, UK. He has been artistically involved as a composer and producer of various electronic music projects with worldwide releases for over two decades. He is a prolific producer also known in the IDM and Experimental scenes as Hypercube. In January 2021, he collaborated on an interview with the esteemed Sonic Landscapes Show with ECU. By that time, Hypercube was already on the radar of moiCflo, with several collaborations in 2020. The album has been meticulously crafted with a profound and thought-provoking somber ambient essence that sets the stage for a truly immersive listening experience.

It starts off with an almost conceptual opening, gradually building up in energy and intensity until reaching its peak at track five, captivating listeners with its dynamic range.
