Bul Bul, Fuckhead und dem legendären Vegetable Orchestra oder machten in Kollaborationen mit Ken Vandermark, Mats Gustafson u.a. von sich reden. Das Label beschreibt die Band als “free jazz trio that isn’t afraid of being groovy” und betont den reichhaltigen und zugleich unberechenbaren Charakter ihrer ihrer meist leichtfüßigen Musik: “All three musicians are happy to swap roles in their trio, therefore abstract experimental sounds have the same place in their repertoire as groove and melody”. furiosen Longplayer “It’s like the Earth is Angry” mit seiner surreal eingefärbten Roadmovie-Atmosphäre an mit einem experimentierfreudigen und zugleich schalkhaften Rock, der weder mit Noise noch mit schönen Melodien und funky Rhythmen Berührungsängste hat, und den ich immer gerne mit den Shock Headed Peters zur “Not Born Beautiful”-Phase in einem Atemzug nenne. Beim Label heißt es: “Similar to the previous album It’s like the Earth is Angry, they celebrate the intensity of constant dripping, slowness and the opening of space through pauses.

Instead of looping what is played, loops are being played and thus start to evolve a dynamic life within themselves. The sounds are given the space they need; if one of them becomes smaller at a moment, another can expand.”. Das Album erscheint am 28. Februar mit Artwork von Inga Hehn bei Rock is Hell.
