Die Mailänder Matteo Uggeri und Alberto Carozzi bringen ein neues Album ihrer langjährigen Band Sparkle in Grey heraus, dass erstmals durchgehend vokaldominierte Songs enthält. Gastsängerinnen und Sänger wie Kiddycar, Deborah Arnold, Reem Soliman, Maisie, I Camillas, Africa Bambino, Le Forbici di Manitù und Vasco Viviano steuern Vocals zu den mal kammermusikalischen, mal

zwischen Elektronik und Songwriter-Pop rangierenden Stücken bei und sorgen so für ein vielgestaltiges Stimmungsbild. Auf dem bereits auf einer EP erschienene Track “At the Gate” übernimmt Carozzi selbst das Mikrophon. Zahlreiche andere Musiker wirken an dem Album mit, das in verschiedenen CD-Editionen bei den Labels Dischi di Plastica, stella*nera, Moving Records & Comics und Grey Sparkle.
