Der Australier Zane Trow bringt mit “Traces” ein neues Album bei Room40 heraus. Neben dem Einsatz von Synthesizern basieren die Tracks zum Großteil auf diversen Feldaufnahmen, die Trow an verschiedenen Orten Autsraliens – Minyon Falls (New South Wales), Christmas Creek und Manorina Melanophrys (beide Queensland) – gesamplet und anschließend mit Looptechnik, Delay und weiteren Effekten bearbeitet hat. Das Album erscheint Mitte Dezember und somit ein halbes Jahr nach dem Vorgänger “Why Echoes?” digital.
