Mitte März erscheint das Albumdebüt der bislang durch Performances und kleinere Veröffentlichungen aufgefallenen portugiesischen Sängerin und Producerin Ana Lua Caiano unter dem Titel “Vou Ficar Neste Quadrado” auf Glitterbeat. In ihrer Fusion traditioneller regionaler Einflüsse sowohl bei den Gesangstechniken als auch hinsichtlich melodischer Strukturen und verschiedener Ansätze zeitgenössischer Elektronik lässt Caiano eine Musik ganz eigener Machart entstehen, bei der ihrem vom Wind nie ganz verwehte Stimme im Zentrum des Geschehens steht.
