Das aus Stephen Flinn (Percussion), Guilherme Rodrigues (Cello, Objekte) und Roy Carroll (Elektroakustik) bestehende Berliner Improvisations-Trio Symbolist bringt Ende des Monats ein neues Album heraus. “The Age of Bronze”, das vor rund zwei Jahren live im Berliner Petersburg Art Space aufgenommen wurde, enthält einen episodisch aufgebauten Track von einer knappen

halben Stunde Spieldauer. Im Begleittext heißt es: “Symbolist’s charged music mines the interstitial timbral set of their respective instruments to create subjective, symbolic auditory hallucinations for the listener.
