Unter den Projektnamen Asteroide und Fiorella16 bringen die drei aus dem peruanischen Puna stammenden Musiker Marco Rivarola (Bass), David Rivarola (Gitarre, Keyboards) und José María Málaga (Vocals und Gitarre) ein gemeinsames, verspielt postrockiges Album namens “Suni A Través del Espejo” heraus. Beim Label Cruel Nature heißt es: “‘Suni a través del espejo’ emerged from three nights of recording in the Andean Altiplano, where the high altitude shapes both the geography and a vibrant culture that sparks the imagination. 
Asteroide, an independent rock duo from Puno, consists of brothers David and Marco Rivarola, whose music reverberates with raw energy and emotion. Fiorella16 is one of José María Málaga’s aliases, hailing from Arequipa, Peru, whose sonic explorations blend noise, avant-garde elements and textures. Both projects thrive in the experimental underground scene of southern Peru, with this being their first collaboration, creating a psychedelic ethereal world of cosmic ambient post-rock”.
