Das dänische Trio The Moms bringt Anfang Juni das zwischen hypnotischem Noise und freier Improvisation changierende Debüt-Album “Kalipedia” heraus – benannt nach einem Begriff aus James Joyce’ Ulysses, der Erziehung zur oder durch Schönheit bedeutet. Saxophon, Kontrabass, Gitarre sowie diverse Objekte und Effekte kommen in dem knapp dreiviertelstündigen Track zum Einsatz.
