In einigen Wochen bringen Cherry Red Records das Album “Magazine 1″ des Kraftwerk-Mitgründers, Schlagzeugers und Drum Pad-Pioniers Wolfgang Flur heraus. Auf dem diesmal unter seinem eigenen Namen erscheinenden Album wirken mehr als eine Handvoll namhafter Gäste mit, darunter bekannte Namen wie Claudia Brucken (Propaganda), Midge Ure (Ultravox) und Peter Hook (New Order), ferner einige jüngere Vertreter elektronischer Musik wie U96, Ramón Amezcua (AKA Bostich), MAPS und Anushka sowie die DJs Juan Atkins und Carl Cox. “Magazine 1″ erscheint als LP und CD.
