Etwas über ein Jahr nach ihrem Albumdebüt “Ethernity” (Mille Plateaux) und wenige Monate nach ihrem Tape “Loisirs” (Detroid Underground) bringt die in Mailand lebende Sounddesignerin und Producerin ihr neues Album “A Laugh will Bury You” heraus. Düstere elektronische Loops und zum Teil brachiale Rhythmen erzeugen eine dystopiche Abgründigkeit, in die sich imemr wieder eine ambiente Schwermut mischt, die dem rebellischen Grundtenor der Tracks noch mehr an Tiefe verleiht, anstatt ihn zu besänftigen. Inspiriert wurde die Musik vom widerständigen Potenzial des Lachens. Das Album erscheint noch vor den Feiertagen digital bei Mille Plateaux.
