Die vor einigen Monaten begonnene Veranstaltungsreihe “FLUS-S [Fluchtmodus]” im Berliner Ausland geht am Wochenende vom 8.-10. September in die zweite Runde. Zusehen sind diesmal Asja Skrinik, Simon Benz, Katharina Bevand, Makoto Sakamoto, Árni Valur sowie Lisa Simpson x die Kuratorin Munsha selbst, ein DJ-Set von Lichene / Synchro Radio – IBI ET NUNC rundet das Programm ab.
“With three days of un-prescriptive music and soundscapes, FLUS-S [Fluchtmodus] returns on ausland stage in its first extended version and an an unorthodox, frank, and unprejudiced line-up of improvised and composed music”, heißt es auf FB. Die breite Palette an Sounds und Arbeitsweisen ist Teil des Programms: “FLUS-S assembles unusual and broad planes of sound, combining microtonality, prepared objects, tampered tones through avant-garde and pulsing textures, to the border of the twitching noise. It’s a playground for clashing combinations of sounds, which repudiate empty mannerisms”.
