In der Mind Travel Series von Ici d’ailleurs erscheint gerade ein neues Album des französischen Pianisten und Komponisten Melaine Dalibert. In den drei unterschiedlich langen Stücke in verschiedenen Gangarten und primär basierend auf den Klängen des Flügels hinterfragt der Künstler dem Label zufolge im Medium Musik unser Verhältnis zur Zeit. Die Konstruktion des Albums zeige “eine schelmische Logik der Existenz auf, indem sie sie mit ihrer Absurdität konfrontiert”, wobei auch immer “sensible Intelligenz der Hoffnung” mitschwinge. Das Album, das an das vor zwei Jahren erschienene “Shimmering” und das im vorigen Jahr herausgebrachte “Magic Square” anknüpft, erscheint als CD und zum Download.
